Just a reminder that the 1st half of property taxes (2009-2010 year) for California properties is due no later than Thursday, December 19th.December 10th.

We find that people are so focused on year-end planning they forget about this payment. Since the penalty is a flat 10% we just wanted to remind our clients and friends!
